Franklin Ortiz, enjoys playing soccer more than anything in the world. He also loves to study his favorite subject, English. “Fran,” as he is affectionately known, was abandoned by his mother and brought to the PAHS for supervision and an education. Franklin is 10 years-old and in the fifth grade.
